Fees and Charges
Our fees and charges are based on a monthly 4 week rate and apply for horses in training only, unless stated.
Other charges may apply but will be approved in advance where possible.
- Breaking Charge. This is for taking a green (untrained or un broken horse) to riding and cantering level. This will begin the training phase of the horses development. Euro 800.00 charge is based on a one off charge for the process which can take about 6 weeks.
- Training Fees. This includes all of the training and work required to get a Horse to race condition including ....
a. creating and putting in place a designed training plan relative and particular to your horse.
b. specific feeding regime.
c. health and conditioning checks.
d. daily horse walker and gallops time schedules.
e. Gallop reviews.
f. stable and tack management.
g. transit to and from Races, off site gallops or special schooling or stalls certification.
h. regular Farrier fees that apply on a normal basis.
i. schooling over Hurdles and Steeplechase fences or starting stalls as required
j. Monthly updates, photos and video clips. - Training fees do not include the following.
a. your actual Race costs. see below. These will come from your own personal Racing Account.
b. Veterinary fees.
c. extra farrier (remedial) not included as part of normal racing schedule.
d. Non racing management due to injury or rest period/grazing.
e. Your Turf Club fees and Registrations. See below for explanation and downloads on Registering your Horse, Naming your horse, registering your colours and creating your separate Racing Account with the Turf Club. We can help with all of this so do not worry if it sounds complicated at this time.
Other charges may apply but will be approved in advance where possible.

Syndicate Ownership
For people who are worried or concerned about the costs of individual ownership but still want to be part of the amazing experience of Racehorse ownership we also offer Syndicate Ownership. This is where we have 4 to 8 owners in a Recehorse so therefore the costs are considerably reduced and shared per person. You as a group then decide on the Syndicate Name, the Racing Colours, the Horse Name and still benefit from the full feeling of owning a Racehorse in Ireland. Syndicates often have the best fun and greatest collective experience once their horse runs as the energy and excitement is multiplied.
We will look after all of the logistics relating to the purchase and lease of the Horse to the Syndicate, we will also register the Name /Colours/Syndicate and all other issues so there is only one flat fee per annum for your Horse. All you have to do is turn up at the Races and enjoy..... Generally total costs will be in the region of 3k to 5k euros per person per annum. This is one of the best ways to enter the Racehorse Ownership world as the costs are controlled and clear at the initial phase per year but the fun and days out are just amazing......we do not cover the Champagne.!!!!
